Fat and Frumpy or Fit and Fabulous: Which Do You Want to Be?

Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and wished you could be thinner? You might think you are overweight and need to lose a few pounds or maybe more. What can you do about it?

Make a Commitment

If you want to change from being overweight to being in shape, the first thing you need to do is make a commitment. No matter how many times you say you want to lose weight, you will never be successful unless you make a commitment. Making a commitment means you not only promise yourself you are going to do it, but you also develop a realistic plan to reach your goal. The most important part is to be realistic in your expectations otherwise you will become frustrated and give up. For instance, if you want to lose 20 pounds, don’t set your goal to do it in a month; that is not being realistic. In addition, losing weight slowly will allow you to keep it off longer than trying to lose too much too quickly. A realistic goal would be approximately 2-3 pounds per week. 

Follow Through with Your Plans

Once you develop a plan and set realistic goals, be sure to follow through. The key to success is pursuing your goals and not just half-heartedly setting them. The half-ditch effort that some people exert toward achieving their weight loss goal is likely to be the reason they fail. You can achieve anything you set your mind to doing as long as you are willing to do the work necessary to reach the final destination. 

Expect Some Disappointment

Even when you take Lipozene, exercise, and eat healthy meals, there will be times when you may not lose as much weight as other times—there may even be times you don’t lose anything at all. Don’t be discouraged but keep pushing forward until you reach your goal. Face disappointment head on and force yourself to work even harder. Follow through with your commitment, and you will definitely reach your goal.
